During these six weeks we’ll work together to carefully unpick what is keeping you stuck in a specific area (e.g. work-life balance, career change) and use that clarity to shift you into more satisfying way of living and working.
We’ll pore over the puzzle of what isn’t working for you, build a coherent picture of what you want instead, and have fun trying out new approaches to see which is most helpful.

With weekly prompts for guidance and support in between sessions, this workbook will include coaching tools that you can use throughout the six weeks and beyond.
60 minute 1-2-1 video call in week 1
During this call we’ll deep dive into the problem you want to fix, and the outcome you’d love to achieve during the Six Week Fix. This is a classic coaching session in which I ask questions for you to consider the problem from different angles, and to unpick what is keeping you from solving it.
Voice Messaging/ e-mail coaching weeks 2-6

What results can you guarantee me?
What you achieve depends on your goals, and your efforts. It belongs to you. On that basis, no results are guaranteed, but I can say that amazing things happen in coaching when everyone is committed to the process.
I’ll bring the skills I’ve honed as an accredited coach, and a facilitator with over 25 years experience. All that I’ve learned through leadership roles, self-employment, running my own business, doing an advanced research degree, and teaching in higher education is at your disposal. And I can guarantee that I will give you 100% of my focus and effort.
