Personal Coaching 

Where?

All personal coaching will take place via video call (Zoom).

​

Session Length

​

Session length as detailed in individual service description.


Tasters are 1 1/2 hours long.  And are provided subject to approval following an 

initial video call.

​

Cancellations & Refunds

Payments are required in advance and can be made via Paypal or Wix pay.

​

You may cancel at any time, and will be refunded for any remaining sessions you have paid for but not received.

 

You must pay for the sessions you have received/ participated in.

​

If you have received a discount for paying in full up-front, this cannot be refunded or transferred.  

​

Life Manager sessions are discounted according to the length of engagement. 

Your commitment is in 3 month blocks. So should you cancel a 12 month commitment after three months you will settle the difference between the cost of the 3 month programme and the twelve month programme (to the higher value).

Rearranging Sessions

If you wish to rearrange a session we would be grateful if you would provide at least 24 hrs notice.  Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session. But we endeavour to be as flexible as possible.  

​

We will also endeavour to provide at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations or requests to rearrange from our end.

Response Times

We aim to respond to queries within 48 hours. However, since Trevnee is a solo proprietor business, this will not always be possible. If you have messaged us and not received a response, please feel free to e-mail us here.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.  When you engage in a coaching relationship your personal details and identifiers will be kept private.

We ask your permission to use some content of your coaching sessions for the Trevnee blog and social campaigns. This is entirely optional. If you agree to this kind of sharing we will always remove personal identifiers, and you may opt out at any time.

Terms and Conditions

Business Coaching

Where?

Business coaching packages, except Group Coaching,  are via video call (Zoom), or can take place at your place of business by arrangement.

Please stipulate your preferred 

method of communication and contact us at the time that your session is booked.

It is possible to book coaching for up to 4 people per day at 1 1/2 hours per session, or to book two people in double length sessions where this would be more useful.

 

Group coaching will take place at your place of business, or off-site session venue. In this case you will provide a room with facilities including, but not limited to, flexible seating, flip boards, paper, pens, access to a projector. You will also provide refreshments and lunch where appropriate.  Group coaching is a 6 hour session with an hour break for lunch.  Start and finish time should be agreed in advance.

Session Length

Coaching sessions are typically 1 hour long, but can be done back to back if a longer session is required.  This will be decided between coach and coach based on the coachee's needs.

​

Cancellations

Payments can be made in advance, or in arrears via Paypal, online, or through your regular payments system (please request and invoice and provide details). Cancellations of group coaching or multiple coachee days require 2 weeks notice.  In some instances where arrangements have been made in advance and were non refundable travel and accommodation costs will be charged to you via invoice.

Cancellations with less that two weeks notice will be charged in full.
