I’ve probably been through a lot of the things you've been through from overworking to realising I was in the wrong field. From step-parenting to grief and loss. From dreaming of the perfect job to pragmatic career change.

 

I've also worked with many clients through transformative life changes. Change can be exciting, and it can be scary. As an accredited coach since 2008, and a facilitator of over two decades, I can help you unlock what you want, and guide you through the process of making it happen.

As women we can make so many excuses not to set aside time for ourselves, for self reflection, appreciation and growth. Some of those excuses will feel really valid and scary - time pressures - nerves - financial, but they are all self limiting. Investing time, money, energy in yourself, is ok - and you can do it guilt free.

The advantage of voice note coaching is that you can listen back to our conversations, achieve the same depth as one to one, work asynchronously (especially good for time differences, or to give yourself thinking time).

 

Weekly check-ins

 

I’ll message you every week to let you know that I’m here to support you with whatever is going on that week, and to prompt you to get on Voxer if you want to.

*6 Months or 12 Months - How to Choose

 

Let’s be pragmatic – changing how you live takes time. Transforming your relationship to work doesn’t happen overnight. Our lives are naturally messy. Join me on this offer for guidance and support throughout the whole process of making change happen.

 

Transform 6 Months is for you if you’ve already made changes but find that you are feeling lost, doubtful or out of your depth and need some support to integrate them fully into your habits. Or if you want to make significant change, but 12 months feels too intense.

 

Transform 12 Months is for you if you want support, guidance, and cheerleading throughout your change process. From the initial appraisal of what you want, and what’s stopping you getting it, through experiments with change, to navigating your feelings once you’ve made a change happen.
